Template for workflow

You can easily start an EMOD-Generic-Scripts type workflow by utilizing cookiecutter-EMOD-Generic.

Follow the instructions below:

1. Install cookiecutter

   pip install -U cookiecutter

2. Generate the project. You will be prompted for some choices and defaults.
