Vector life cycle stats report (ReportVectorStats.csv)¶
The vector life cycle stats report is a CSV-formatted report that provides detailed life cycle data on the vectors included in the simulation. This report is stratified by time, node ID, and optionally by species. The file name is ReportVectorStats.csv, and it is produced via the libvectorstats.dll. See Custom reporters for information on using dynamic link library (DLL) files.
Configuration¶
The following parameters need to be configured to generate the report:

The species to include information on. If the list is empty or absent, then data for all species will be collected. |
Stratify_By_Species |
boolean |
If true (set to 1) data will break out each species for each node; if set to false (0), there will be a column for each species. The default is 0. |
Include_Wolbachia_Columns |
boolean |
Add a column for each type of Wolbachia. Summation of columns should equal VectorPopulation. default = 0. |
Include_Gestation_Columns |
boolean |
Adds columns for feeding and gestation, default = 0. |
Report structure and data channel descriptions¶

If Include_Gestation_Columns = 1, this column will contain the number of adult female vectors that attempt to feed indoors. This group of vectors can still die indoors before they feed on a human. |

If Include_Gestation_Columns = 1, this column will contain the number of adult female vectors that attempt to feed outdoors. This group of vectors can still die outdoors before they feed on a human. |
NumAttemptButNotFeed |
