Install

First, ensure the following prerequisites are met before following the install instructions.

• Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise, or Linux

• Python 3.9 64-bit (https://www.python.org/downloads/release)

• Git client, such as Git Bash or the Git GUI

• pip.ini (Windows) or pip.conf (Linux), containing the following:

  [global]
  index-url = https://packages.idmod.org/api/pypi/pypi-production/simple
  

• Install EMOD
  • Install EMOD on Windows
  • Install EMOD on Linux
• Install emodpy-malaria
